ITALIAN PASTRY CHAMPIONSHIP JUNIORES
During the 39th edition of Sigep in Rimini, Filippo Valsecchi, 19 years old from Erve (Lecco), son of the master and academician Emanuele Valsecchi, owner of the Arte e Saporti pastry shop in Oggiono, won the Italian Pastry Juniores championship and he will represent Italy at the World Junior Pastry Championship.
